Phase 1 · platform, resellers and shops

One platform, many shops.

Resellers manage merchants, merchants run one or more shops, and every shop has its own storefront, prices and currency. Platform admins keep the whole hierarchy healthy.

Platform → reseller → merchant

Resellers manage their own merchants. Merchants own one or more shops with independent storefronts.

Scoped by construction

One access-scope resolver decides which shops a user can touch; every product and order query goes through it.

Audited assist mode

Reseller staff step into a shop through a recorded assist session. Every change is written to the audit log.
